After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the online store within 14 days. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.
To exercise the 14-day right of return, the ordered goods must not be used in any way other than what is necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics, and functioning, similar to how products are tested in a physical store.
If the goods have been used for purposes other than what is necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics, and functioning, or if they show signs of use or wear, the Online Store reserves the right to reduce the refund amount in proportion to the decrease in the value of the goods.
To return the goods, a free-form notice of withdrawal from the purchase must be sent to the email address info@decobox.ee no later than 14 days from the receipt of the goods. The notice must include the order number, product, order date, consumer’s name, and consumer’s address. A copy of the purchase invoice must also be attached to the email.
The costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer, except when the reason for the return is that the item does not match the order (e.g., a wrong or defective item).
The buyer must return the goods within 14 days following the submission of the notice or provide proof that they have handed over the goods to the carrier within the aforementioned period.
Upon receipt of the returned goods, the Online Store will refund the buyer all payments received under the contract without delay, but no later than 14 days from the receipt of the withdrawal notice.
The Online Store may withhold refunds until it has received the item subject to the contract back, or until the buyer has provided proof that they have sent the item back, whichever occurs first.
If the buyer has explicitly chosen a delivery method different from the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Online Store, the Online Store is not required to refund the consumer for costs exceeding those associated with the standard delivery method.
